Created with guidance from leading practitioners, academics, and consultants, Sales Management Association performance studies include a standard question set which you can modify, or add to with your own custom questions. Survey all or part of your sales force; each respondent receives a link to an anonymous online survey, and all respondent data is treated with strict confidence.
The Sales Management Association validates, analyzes, and summarizes your results and provides you presentation-ready results. You can also choose to have us present our findings to your team in person or via webcast. By repeating the survey in future periods, you can create longitudinal data that yields insight into how specific initiatives are impacting the sales force. As an independent third party, our focus is in providing our members with tools for effective decision making. Our performance studies provide cost-effective, unbiased insight for management, and a confidential means for securing frank input from your personnel.
