What's the right process for changing the sales compensation program?
There are many steps in the basic design process. They include analytics and assessment, financial modeling, proposal development, significant cross functional stakeholder management and employee training and communications. Role clarification and communication throughout the process is critical to our success. Each year the goal is to have this nearly year-long process complete by December 1st so that the employee can acknowledge and review the plan documents before any commissions are paid in the new year beginning in January.
