Sales Force Productivity Conference

This page provides information relevant to exhibiting sponsors of Sales Force Productivity Conference 2022.

Parking

Park in the Welcome Center Garage across from the Student Center. We will provide exhibitors with validated exit tickets upon request. These can be used to exit the parking garage at no cost. Request these in advance by sending a note to Nike* and we will include them in your registration packet, or request them at the event at the registration desk outside the Houston room. Day of event availability is limited.

Exhibition Times

The conference begins at 8:00 a.m. on 7 June and concludes at 3:00 p.m. on 8 June. The exhibition area will remain active throughout the conference. The conference schedule will be updated with a comprehensive list of breaks and sessions, which will be useful during the event for estimating high traffic periods.

Set-up and Breakdown

Exhibitors will see peak traffic each morning, and will want to be set up by 7:30 a.m. on the morning of 7 June. Sponsors can access the building as early as 6:00 am on 7 June to set up the exhibition area. Conference traffic will likely wane the afternoon of 8 June, and exhibitors may, at their discretion, strike their table as early as 1:00 p.m. that day.

Exhibition tables/booths

We provide a table for exhibition purposes, six feet in length. If you are considering something different, such as a booth structure, or something that may not fit in the space occupied by the table, contact Nike* to request approval. We will be able to accommodate most requests up to 10 feet in width. We expect most, if not all, exhibitors to utilize the six foot table.

Sponsors may select their preferred exhibition location. Picking order is determined by sponsorship level and payment date. The entire exhibition space is relatively small and there are really no bad choices, in our opinion. We will make every effort to make sure you’re happy with your selection. A schematic of table locations which can be used to select your preferred location is viewable here: exhibiting sponsor table locations

Internet and electrical

Each exhibitor will be given access to a standard wall socket for electricity and a wireless Internet connection. The student center’s wireless network provides stable high speed access for up to thousands of users, and is expected to meet most users’ needs. Wired ethernet connections are available for an extra cost if reserved in advance, please contact us for details and to reserve.

Shipping, load-in, and staging materials

The University has limited storage, but can hold materials shipped in advance as long as they do not arrive before 24 May. Make sure to include the specific information below on your shipping label, and retain tracking numbers for all packages.
Ship materials in advance to:

University of Houston
Carlos Rodriguez/Sales Force Productivity Conference 2022
4455 University Drive, Room 271
Houston, Texas 77204-3049

If you plan to arrive with large packages or equipment that requires use of the loading dock, please arrange loading dock use in advance through Carlos Rodriguez.* After unloading your equipment, please promptly park your automobile (cars left unattended on the loading dock will be towed). The university does not have carts or dollies available for the movement of items, so please arrive prepared with any equipment required to transport your items.

Upon arrival at the conference, claim any packages you sent in advance in Suite 271. There is a front desk located there where someone will be available to assist you. If you are unable to locate shipments, please alert the front desk of Suite 271 or Carlos Rodriguez.*

When shipping materials at the end of the conference, pack your box(es) yourselves and bring prepared shipping label(s). FedEx is the best service to use since they provide daily pickup service to UH.
