Do you need another crummy conference bag? One you schlepp around for three days, full of stuff you aren’t even sure you want? An ugly, logo-slathered conference bag you’ll ditch in the Crown Room on the way home? No, you do not need such a conference bag. So, we’re totally hooking you up, and not giving you one, if you attend our 2012 Sales Force Productivity Conference.
Instead, we’re giving you access to DoubleDutch's Flock, an award-winning interactive mobile app our conference attendees can download on their mobile devices. We’ll use flock to distribute session information, speaker bios, surveys, and ancillary session content.
The app helps make content interactive, and fosters engagement among attendees. Attendees can check-in to sessions, publish comments and ratings, participate in conversations, even upload photos. Integrated social media features are also included, as are networking features that help conference attendees connect with each other. And, it's available across multiple OS's – including iOS and Android.
At last year’s conference, you’ll recall, we gave our attendees Poken, a cute Near Field Communications device that let users exchange content or contact information by bumping their devices together. This turned out to be less scandalous than it sounds, and actually pretty nifty. But we’re all about the upgrade at the Sales Management Association, and we think DoubleDutch Flock represents a great new addition to our conference. We hope you will too!
