Our Resource Library includes more than 400 archived webcasts, as well as research reports, companion slide decks, management tools, a job description library, and hundreds of assets valuable to sales management, sales enablement, and sales operations leaders.

Conference Archives

Our resource library includes videos and digital audio recordings of keynotes, panels, and workshop sessions from our annual Sales Force Productivity Conference. Our archives include sessions going back to 2011.

Sales Force Productivity Conference

The Sales Management Association has staged the Sales Force Productivity Conference each year since 2011. Our members receive priority registration and discounted registration to this event, held each Fall in Atlanta.

Sales Thought Leadership Conference

The Sales Management Association sponsors and helps produce the Thought Leadership on the Sales Profession Conference, a unique collaboration between academics and executive leaders held at elite business schools, including Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, HEC Paris, and Stanford Graduate School of Business. Our members receive preferred consideration for invitations to this space-limited event.


Sales Management Association will introduce a series of online management courses. Our first course on Sales Territory Optimization and Territory Management launched in December 2018. We expect to have five courses active by year end 2019, and 15 by year end 2020. Group members access courses for free; Individual members receive substantial discounts on course registration.

Centers of Practice

We've built Centers of Practice for core topic areas relevant to sales management, sales enablement, and sales operations. Each Center includes a curated selection of our highest rated content, research reports, learning assets, and solution forums. Centers of Practice will rollout in Q2 2019.
