This course provides an overview of key concepts, principles, and practices related to designing effective sales organizations.
The course has two modules: the first shows how sales jobs are organized, and the role of specialization in sales job design.
The second module offers more detail on commonly used sales organization designs, and presents a decision framework for guiding sales organization design decisions.
This course module includes two videos totaling about 25 minutes, a course transcript, and one brief knowledge check quiz. This is an on-demand, self paced short course.
Certificate of Completion
Learners that score 100% on the knowledge check quizzes are provided with a certificate of completion for this course module, and may use the completed course to satisfy Sales Management Association certification program requirements.
